Responses to stress

Prickly pear or grumpy bear

We can all be like this when stressed

Taking a breath and breathing in calm

Gives our emotions a rest

So next time you want to send out your spines

Drive others away like a fierce porcupine

Just take a pause

Examine the cause

And allow yourself time to be your best
